I’m a Software Developer with a strong focus on backend development for IoT-based systems. Since, 2 years, I’ve designed and deployedscalable RESTful APIs, built microservices for real-time communication using Node.js as a runtime environment, TypeScript as aprogramming language, Mongoose for MongoDB schema, and InfluxDB for time-based data. Managing event-driven systems with Kafkaand RabbitMQ. Beyond coding, I’ve mentored teammates, improved development workflows, and contributed to innovative IoT automationsolutions.

Designed and implemented scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and InfluxDB for real-time IoT data retrieval, reporting, and dashboard visualization. Integrated WebSocket for live updates and reorganized project structure for enhanced maintainability.
Developed microservices for reporting, alerting, and event processing using Node.js, TypeScript, RabbitMQ, and agenda.js. Built a custom asynchronous JavaScript evaluator to execute complex, user-defined IoT automation rules.
Engineered a rule-based alert system to process scheduled, conditional, and auto-trigger rules, executing actions such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp notifications, document creation/updating, and device control — improving real-time monitoring and operational efficiency.
Refactored open-source Node-RED codebase to support multi-instance deployments and replaced file-based storage with MongoDB for improved scalability and maintenance.
Created a Device Communication Layer (DCL) for the MQTT protocol to ensure efficient and reliable data exchange between IoT devices and backend services, enabling real-time device view/control.
Implemented runtime schema generation in Node.js and Mongoose to dynamically adapt database structures based on incoming IoT data, removing the need for manual schema updates. Developed Docker deployment scripts to streamline setup and ensure consistent, reliable releases.
Provided mentorship and technical guidance on MongoDB, InfluxDB, Node-RED, Git workflows, coding best practices, deployment strategies, and tool usage, accelerating onboarding and boosting team productivity.
